SF Consultant LLC was founded by Sharon A. Floyd in Detroit, Michigan. Certified by the American Society of Quality (ASQ) as a Six Sigma Black Belt with a Bachelors of Science Degree in General Management, Business Administration from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI, she brings 37 years of experience from the Electric Utility Industry. Power Plants, Process Integrations, Call Center-Customer Service, Marketing, Revenue Requirement, and Underground/Overhead Lines are a few areas where she has worked. Writing/technical writing, business process improvement, continuous improvement training, Lean, Six Sigma, project management, facilitation, operations and business analysis, and marketing skills have been mastered during these years. She also has six years of experience with the Education Industry as a teacher and human performance quality professional. Recently, over the last 2 years, she has served the Health Service Industry as a Lean Consultant and Trainer. Sharon is a published author for quality management. She looks forward to serve the government and corporate sectors.
